Steps

Once you are signed in, you will see below the navigation bar a list of the steps that need to be followed.

Steps with a check mark have already been completed. The current step is circled. Click on a previous step to go back and make changes. Once you reach the Known Matches step, you can click on either of the other 2 steps.
