Does DNA Branch only work with AncestryDNA?

Currently DNA Branch supports only AncestryDNA. An important part of the app is using AncestryDNA's ThruLines (opens in a new tab) data. If there is significant interest, we may looking into supporting other DNA testers.

DNA Branch requires my Ancestry username and password. Is this secure?

DNA Branch needs your username and password to access your AncestryDNA data. The username and password are sent only to Ancestry and are not stored.
